It sounds cheesy -- hundreds of dolls, miniatures, and scenes from old fairy tales, but Miniature World, inside the Fairmont Empress (the entrance is around the corner), is actually kinda cool, and kids love it. This was a fun way to kill half an hour. The displays are well done. There is a large variety of themes, so it keeps your attention. My son enjoyed pushing the display buttons, to see what would happen. We took our time, & it only took us 30 minutes to complete.

SUCKER! That's how I feel after a $16 admission fee.
Various miniature doll houses and periods in history.
Someone getting big money to show their model collection.
Although quite elaborate it is something that can be crafted in a hobby room
