Terrible!

I was given a groupon coupon to this establishment as a gift and when I tried to make an appointment online with two weeks left on the coupon, I was told it was already fully booked. I left a message asking if something could be worked out so I could still use my coupon. I received a call later saying that I could use the coupon only if I purchased a 50$ extra half hour (the groupon cost $25 for 30 minutes, regular $50, the hour rate is $80) AND only if I came in on the 27th- the day after the coupon expired. First of all- if I bought an hour if would cost $80, and the merchant was insisting I pay $50 for the extra half hour after already earning $25 from the groupon sale... so $75 for an $80 massage. Big savings. Secondly, only offering one day to come in isn't entirely realistic in most people's lives. After trying to have a respectful conversation about the absurdity of her offer, she became very short and rude. No care whatsoever for customer service... apparently completely forgetting the whole point of the groupon... to win over new customers and build the business. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SPA!
