I liked this place! We had a drippy day of weather so why not just go get wet! It's off the beaten path but worth it. There are two hot pools and two smaller pools (40 and 45 degrees respectively). I like these pools better than Banff Springs. Not as many people and quieter. More locals enjoying the springs. I highly recommend mustering up the courage and dipping in the cold pools as well. The Miette Hot Springs are nice. I'd go back. It's very inexpensive (comparing price of admission to Banffs hot springs), has a nice view, and overall is a positive experience. But I feel like there are some things it could do much better.
First off was the drive there. Along the main road, Miette Hot Springs is well posted. However, once you turn by "Pocahontas" hotel / cabins, sign quality...

There are so many things to like about hot springs. They are supposed to be therapeutic, relaxing, great for the skin etc. etc. The hot pool of water is good and well maintained and the services provided are nice. For me though, Miette was an ordinary experience because I found it a little too commercialized.
They have ice creams, burgers, pizzas, sandwiches etc. available right at the pool...
