This is a trash place
I went to change my oil and the manager tried to upsell me with a maintenance package that includes tire rotation. He told me that no need to balance the tires once they are rotated. The car needed balance and when I went back to get him to finish his work he tried to sell me new tires. I also noticed his behavior couple of times when he received customers asking him for very little favors, as simple as pump air in tires, that won't cost him more than couple of minutes and he refused it. THIS GUY IS A SNAKE. DO NOT TRUST HIM

I recently had a flat tire which I took to Midas at 450 bronson in Ottawa. I was extremely disappointed with the quality of work done and the customer service was a nightmare. After signing the work order to have my 2 rear tires replaced somehow the shop workers replaced the wrong tires. After 24 hours driving on the flat which the staff at midas had left on, I returned. The fact that the flat tire had been left on was of no importance to the location manager who was more concerned with selling me another 2 tires than redeeming his shops reputation. I was not given an apology nor was I afforded any reduction in fees. I urge anyone planning to bring their car to this or any other midas location for repairs to re-think that decision.
