October 30, 2013For anybody wishing to book a xmas party with any of the koutouki restaurants be weary that in the past they will add extra alcohol and drinks to your bill in order to raise the cost thus in turn get a higher tip out from the staff and of course robbing you of your hard earned money :) I recommend personally to never go and support these charlatans but if you do, ensure that liquor be billed on... more
