service, location, staff - stayed there for three nights in 2010 and it was superb. No complaints, very helpful staff, we loved it and will stay there again. please keep this performance!!

Fantastic service is all i can really say. I was in a bit of a pickle having lost my passport in Vancouver and the hotel staff, esp the female Conceirge were impeccable at helping me. Within 3 hours i had an emergency passport and could still fly out of the US later than day.
