Review Correction
I bought an in-ground pool pump, it was $50 over priced that's about 12% on the $449 that it was listed some where else. I talked to the manager, he matched the price.
Mermaid Pools Merivale Road
We purchased an on ground and hottube from Mermaid in 2011. The Pool is a dream and we've had no problems with it at all and love the saltwater system as well. Its economical and clean. The staff and service at Mermaid Pools is superb and we would recommend them to everyone searching for a pool or hottub.

Very satisfied long term customer
May 17, 2010My wife and I have been using Mermaid Pools for chemicals and accessories for many years now and they have always been very friendly and knowledgeable. They also open and close our pool every year and are very pleased with their work. We highly recommend them!

Shame on you Mermaid
September 23, 2008I saved up and purchased a new liner for my above gound pool from Mermaid on Merivale Road. Couldn't afford the installation cost right away so they told me, no problem just call us when you're ready and we'll install it. Two years later, they refused to put in my new liner because I didn't have the liner installed right away. The box had all the shipping info as well as the Mermaid name but... more

Worst Service in history
June 25, 2008We had 3 terrible experiences with this company and would never recommend them to anyone!!! I once called to get information on vacuum hoses, and the person on the phone would not give me the time of day- he was so anxious to get me off the phone and left me feeling like my questions were not answered.
