Top notch service!

I have been using Mermaid Pools almost exclusively for all my supplies since I had them install my in ground pool eight years ago. They are always very friendly and helpfull. My kreepy krawly stopped working this spring so I brought it in to the Mervale road store and they quickly determined that it was jammed up with debris and fixed it while I waited at no charge! We have been dealing with Mermaid Pools for over 20 years. Everytime I come into the store I am met with smiles and a lot of them know me by name. I always find what I am looking for along with the right guidance to help me get my pool running top notch. More companies need to be operated in this fashion.

We bought our first pool here this spring and the installation was completed last week. Our salesman Bob was a pleasure to deal with and the store staff have been great with helping us learn how to use the pool. Best part was the free pool school I attended tonight. Having never owned a pool before this help is invaluable to me. Thanks and keep up the good work.
