I would not recommend Mermaid. They do not respect their customers and are unprofessional. Several of my friends and colleagues have had bad experiences as well. They installed my inground pool. It has developed a leak. They came to do a pressure test. Said I would have a repair estimate within 24 hours. I called back two days later. The estimate had not been prepared. Never showed up!
November 15, 2010We had scheduled for Mermaid Pools to repair our pool. They did not show up and made excuses. We gave them the benefit of the doubt a few times but received more excuses and they even didn't show up when I called a hour before to ensure they were coming. I brought my complaint up to the individual's boss but she never responded.I do not recommend hiring Mermaid Pools for any pool work.
