Another happy Mermaid customer
"This is a little note to let you know as to how great a service you provided. Denis and his two associates did a very professional job in putting a new liner and doing other related work. They were courteous, friendly and very professional. I would not hesitate to recommend Mermaid to my friends and neighbors. Incidentally, my neighbors and I have been very regular customers of Mermaid for years. My neighbor, who had his pool installed by Mermaid about 35 years ago, is planning to change his liner next summer and would of course go to Mermaid.
I am a fully satisfied customer.

It isn't every day you meet "good old" customer care service so please share this email with the rest of your staff so they know just how much we appreciate dealing with the Mermaid family. From the smiling cashier when you walk in and out of the Ogilvie location to the service technicians (Rick is amazingly knowledgeable at what he does) and Sandy maintains a caring voice over the phone that you almost want pay her twice... (I did say almost LOL).... I am certain you are very proud of your entire team and what you built over the years you were GM and I see clearly why the owners did not hesitate to provide you a partnership.

Never showed up!
November 15, 2010We had scheduled for Mermaid Pools to repair our pool. They did not show up and made excuses. We gave them the benefit of the doubt a few times but received more excuses and they even didn't show up when I called a hour before to ensure they were coming. I brought my complaint up to the individual's boss but she never responded.I do not recommend hiring Mermaid Pools for any pool work.

Mermaid pools excels at service

Horrible experience
October 13, 2008Right from the very beginning the experience with Mermaid has been a huge nightmare. Our name, address and phone # were wrong on the contract, no one could get in touch with us. They cancelled our dig date without telling us - I stayed home from work that day when I didn't have to. 3 different people had to look at our yard before someone could figure out how to put a pool in it.
