Comfortable Rooms, Friendly Staff, Excellent Food

When I walked in to the Meridian Hotel for the first time I was greeted with one of the warmest smiles I have ever received from the front desk staff. Check in was a breeze.
When I arrived in my spacious room, I felt comfortable immediately. It was exactly as advertised - even more spacious than I thought it would...

Right from the second you walk in the door it smells of a horrible hotel.
The front desk staff ..nice enough..but had no clue what she was doing. Reservations were kept scribbled on a piece of paper so needless to say errors seemed to be the standard. As I watched several people attempt to check before me and walk out...not...
