This is a place that still cares

After experiencing horrendous problems with my previous financial institution, and other banks being unwilling to give me what I needed, I didn't know where to go.

I'd walked by MemberOne many times, as it is close to my work, so I decided to check it out. I met with Irina, who was very professional, and actually listened to my needs - unlike the other banks I visited where all they do is enter things into a computer system and have little knowledge.

Irina managed to give me exactly what I needed, and so I moved all of my primary business to MemberOne. Even though there is only 1 branch and the hours might be somewhat limited, I haven't looked back, ever. Irina continues to provide sound financial advice that has never failed me. The other staff are also very nice and are very pleasant to deal with. I've also never had any problems with anything.
