Worst customer service ever!!
February 09, 2012I would also give no stars to the service of this company. I had to replace all of the tires on my car 1 year after a brand new purchase. Honda would not cover ANY of the cost, so I went elsewhere. Then the battery dies 2 1/2 years after owning the vehicle and Honda explains that they will cover 1/3 of the cost but the warranty is only good for another 5 months when the 3 years warranty is up... more

Meidl honda service sucks
August 04, 2011The customer service at Meidl Honda is rude, ignorant, and pushy. If there were another Honda dealership within 50 miles they would never see me again. I sincerely hope that another one opens in this city soon.

This place is a joke!
December 11, 2010I would personally give it NO stars if that was an option.
