Dont waste your time or money

I visited this pathetic salon, about a year ago, when I was about to start my new job. I walked in to ask the receptionist what it would cost to get my hair trimmed and straightened. She told me $45. I check these things because I have alot of hair, and it normally costs a bit more. So I was stoked. I booked the appointment. Upon arriving, the hairdresser who took care of my hair, was very curt with her conversation, and she had NO IDEA as to how to take care of my hair. I knew off the bat that she didnt know what she was doing when it came to my hair, as when she was done, I had hair that looked like a 6 yr old had done it. I just wanted to get out. When approaching the counter to pay, she informed me that the price was $62. I told her, that her receptionist had told me it ws $45. She responded not with a "ok well there seems to be a misunderstanding, we'll let this one go" but " I am the owner, and this is how much I charge. I was gutted. I had a s@!%!y hairstyle, and now this rude woman was charging me more?! I jsut wanted to get out of there, because my body was beginning to shake with fury. After I ran home and sobbed like a baby, I went and mentioned all of this on their Facebook page. She deleted the comments of course,and then messaged me to say Im sorry you were not happy with the service. When I told her I found the service appauling and I wanted my money back, she didnt respond. It takes a lot for me not to walk in there with a PROPER hair cut/blow dry, and tell her B***H THIS is how you do hair.... that and throwing bags of rotten eggs and dog sh*t at their windows. Im so disgusted by the way they behaved. for what $60?! When you could of had a regular customer? I hope someone f@!%s up her hair, and charges her more for it!!! Her name is Marie by the way. Short, chubby and rude.
