I used to be a huge fan of Mcbain, however the last two times I have visited this location, I have been greeted with poor service. I felt the sales associate was ignorant and rude. She didn't make eye contact, answered my questions in an annoyed fashion, and didn't crack a single smile. She degraded her co workers in front of me and made me feel stupid.
