I should have read the reviews BEFORE going to this dealer.
I was unlucky to be "processed" by the service manager Sylvain Lemire. He makes a very good job of keeping the stereotype of the untrustworthy, patronizing and rude dealership after you bought the car.
Not keeping the appointments, acting impolite when they postpone or get late in their scheduled work and acting like doing a big favor... plus

Went for a checkup. They found a lot. Fine. I requested to see the car. I took the opportunity to question the mechanic and I could see that he couldn't talk freely in front of the adviser. I think this is quite shady but okay.

But then I got an estimate which was around 3000$. Went elsewhere and fixed everything for 800$.
