Bonjour,
J'ai aidé mon fils pour l'achat de sa première voiture. Après avoir fait plusieurs recherches sur le web, nous avons décidé d'y aller pour une Mazda 3. Nous nous sommes donc rendus chez Mazda Président et nous avons été très bien accueillis. Le vendeur a pris le temps de répondre à toutes nos questions et à évaluer adéquatement nos besoins.
Le véhicule est extrêmement fiable pour l'instant, et mon fils m'a mentionné que le département de pièces et services est très bon. Je vous conseille fortement de passer les voir si vous êtes en processus d'achat d'un véhicule.

From the receptionist to the service manager, I experienced poor customer service, language issues and lies.
The diagnostic for $89 + tax was supposed to be 60-90 minutes long and include computers hooked up to sensors etc. Instead I received a three line...

Very disapointing service!!!

All the troubles I have in my car are normal for them , and they don't find nothing or fix something,
they change my spark plugs for 160 $ at +/- 30000km because their carbonized and they say it's normal , my they my A/C last year and it's still not...
