Friendly service and expert advice. I will send all my friends to Martino's.
Bridal Gown Nightmare!!
Do NOT waste your time with these clowns. Martino's won't listen to your instructions for making wedding dress alterations, they do what they want and then dismiss you when they can't fix their lousy work. After two and a half months, and several appointments, my fiancée has ended up having to pay somebody else to fix the damage Martino's did to her dress (bought from Martino's) - a week and a half before our wedding day!!! It's outrageous these idiots are still in business! When their bad seam work was pointed out to them, their reply was, "Oh, you said you're wearing your hair down, so it'll cover that up." They just rob you of time and money. Save yourself from this nightmare, stay clear of Martino's and tell everyone you know to do the same!

April 02, 2011I have purchased many gowns from Martino's, including my wedding gown. The experience was a pleasure. Alterations were impecable and even in a panic situation I was simply told not to worry and to bring the gown in, they would take care of everything - and they did! Selection is awesome, prices are competitive and the way I was greeted and helped eased a lot of stress. Thank you Martino's! ... more
