Rip Off!

This guy is a thief, plain and simple
I honestly got caught up with his company. Vachon Insurance.
They quote you a rate and then make you sign for it
then you end up paying a higher rate. Your stuck with it
and if you try to complain to their offices, they throw you back and fourth between people until you give up trying to solve the issue. Their company states he doesn't work for them anymore so they can try to get you off their back and you would stop complaining about the issue. I moved to the US and ended my contract with them. Their unprofessional worker (Marcus) lost anything related to my file and it ended up being that I have to some how pay them for a few monthly insurance payments that weren't needed because of my cancellation. They claim they have no paperwork about the issue, and some how i need to come up with paperwork from last year to prove to them that i cancelled the policy. They started getting personal about how i needed to show them that I sold my car in the US and so on. Trying to give me impossible tasks so they wouldn't close the file.

What a bad company to deal with, i advice everyone to stay away from it.
