Service Champions

Many times we take to time to complain about a store and/or it's service. This is the only one that I ever wrote to a head office to praise them for their great service. The staff know their stuff and ask to help you, rather than run away. I've bought a lot of product from Mark's because of the wonderful service .... oh and the price and quality products don't hurt either ;-)
