poor service

the glasses girl convinced me to buy a new fancy kind of progressive lenses that cost $1000. She said (along with the eye doctor: D. R. Reisner) that it would be an order of magnitude better than my ordinary bifocals. They are not. They are horrible. I can't see anything in focus but a small circle. AND, they ordered them with purple arms when I said clear. They did not explain to me that once I purchased them, I would not get my $$ back if I wasn't satisfied. They told me in hauty terms that they would not charge me for another type of lense. How nice of them. Their customer service was poor and almost beligerent. I will never go back there again. Now I'm stuck with stupid glasses that were never fitted for my face, I'm out a grand AND they have purple arms. Should have stayed with the dollar store! Live and learn
