Bad costumer service

I bought a hair straightner that was defective. We realized this when it burned off my daughters bang. The manager did not talk to me. The lady who served me mocked me and did not believe me. She was sayinging everything she could think of to blame it on me and NOT the product. I asked her to try it. She did and burned her hair as well. She continued to be rude and didn't even say sorry. ... more
