Best restaurant in Kitchener-Waterloo

The moment I walked inside I recognized this as the best restaurant that Kitchener-Waterloo has to offer in terms of ambience. We immediately ordered a cocktail and a glass of wine which were both delicious - the wine selection was wonderful, obviously very carefully selected and still well-priced and somewhat local. The menu choices were very well-done.
