Open in 2007, Marché 27 is the first Tartare bar in the world.
Endroit super. Concept Original... et surtout... si vous avez essayé tous les tartares possibles, essayez le macaroni-poutine, une vraie découverte!
Concept simple de tartares: choix d'un poisson ou d'une viande, choix de préparation (thai, français, mexicain, russe, etc.), puis choix d'accompagnement (frites, salades, pommes de terre). Bon service, et surtout bouffe de qualité. Je le recommande. Prix un peu au-dessus de 20$ par personne pour le dîner.
The only I place I know that does tar tar like this. It's great, fun and extremely tasty. More bar food not dinner but I 100% recommend
We had 7:30 pm reservations in which they told us when we arrived they were short staffed and didn't have a table ready. No problem at all. Then we waited forty minutes for a table and never did they ask us for a drink order of any kind. Finally got sat and we waited another 20 minutes for sometime to take our order (including our drinks). At this point they didn't have either wine I requested... plus

It may not have the classic French ground beef tartare (all proteins are hand cut), it may not have exotics (no duck heart, bison, or game) but it does offer the largest selection of tartare and choices of preparation. Experimentation is encouraged. There is something for everyone.
