I have purchased 3 cars from Maranello BMW. In the past, their service has been less than stellar; but what a difference new management makes. In the past 6 months the service went from dreadful - to outstanding. Before they didn't seem to care at all, and now I feel think their number 1 priority when I have my car in for service. What a fastastic improvement, congratulations on a job well done.

My BMW 323i needed to go in for a factory recall, as well as some sensor problem that disabled my traction control system. I chose Maranello because of their location to begin with.
