Majesteas might not just be a clever play on "tea" as so many tea shops seem unable to resist the urge to pun. Co-owner Ian Macdonald actually has some kind of in with the Windsors, as evidenced by the display case boasting numerous personal invitations to royal events, and even a note from the Queen herself (well, somebody that spoke on behalf of the Queen but still...). Majesteas have super friendly and helpful staff. This quaint tea shop is a gem in the Leslieville neighbourhood of Toronto. Every time I go I enjoyed a new tea blend. A local treasure - fit for a Queen

This locally owned tea shop is quite the find in the Toronto Leslieville area. With plenty of different tea blends to pick from (i'm assuming over 100!), there is something for every tea drinker (I'm a fan of the peppermint tea!). They also have tasty fresh pastries as well.
