Le Maitre Chocolatier is now closed

I had the opportunity to use my Living Social Coupons but frankly, making the reservation was like having a tooth pulled, and then walking past yesterday, I noticed that the window was papered. The second visit, the delightful tray of finger food was stale, and I felt something wasn't right. Too bad, because the place was so cozy.

Unfortunately, it pains me to give a negative review of a place in which I have never even dined. I called numerous times in one day, with the hopes of making a reservation for afternoon tea. There was no answer each time I called, and when I finally decided to leave a voicemail, I was met with the automated response... plus

I'm still a fan since it's been taken over by a group of energetic, hardworking youngsters.

Saturday, I went to indulge in their new offerings of patisseries and ice-cream. As with their tea service and the chocolatier everything is of the utmost quality and looks marvelous too.
