January 04, 2011I just called to get information and the person I spoke to seemed uncertain as to what his business could do regarding parcel delivery. I was told to call back. Why employ someone who cannot answer questions regarding services the store offers, or at least ban them from answering the phones. It seems there is no training of employees!
