never EVER again
May 10, 2012In April 2010, I had my first bikini wax. I went to the Magic Room. The first clue that I was not in for a great experience was the absence of doors on the individual rooms. I was told to strip down without a blanket and to lay on the bed, with only a curtain separating me from the rest of the spa. May 10, 2012I've tried a few services at this spa - pedicure, manicure and brow waxing - and have been disappointed with all the services. In particular, I've tried having my brows waxed here several times in the hopes it was simply the employee that resulted in such poor results. No luck - my last visit was the final straw and I left with my brows completely butchered.

Best Spa in Calgary
May 10, 2012The Magic Room is by far my favorite spa in Calgary. It's in Kensington, and it has a parking lot which is FREE for customers (super rare). Good service, excellent prices and a friendly owner named Simone. Love this place
