New Patients Encouraged to Come
Recently, my son was hit in the mouth with a hockey stick and broke two of his front teeth. I called the office and left a msg on a Sunday afternoon and they were able to fit him in on Monday morning. Half of two of his front teeth were literally gone and Dr. MacBayne was able to make them look as if nothing happened. They were wonderful with him.

New Patients warned
This office has absolutely no work ethics and has not dealt with me in a business like manner. The office staff is completely ignorant to the patient. The staff tried to double charge me for the work they had done. When I reproduced the original reciept they gave me for the paid bill. They refused to honour my reciept trying to collect more money. I am disabled and didnt like the way I was mistreated. To make matters worse, when her staff refused my reciept, Dr Anne Macbayne said she didnt have time to deal with me and slammed her front door directly in my face showing no remorse or even a simple appology. I highly discourage any new patients from going to this office.I have done some research and she has had more than one complaint. New patients, seniors, patients with disabilities ,children families be warned. She will do anything to make an extra buck. You have been warned and if you have any more questions or complaints its important that you let the college of dental surgeons know before she gets away with it again

January 30, 2013All my life I hated going to the dentist. It was always a painful experience and eventually I just refused to visit a dentist.I was referred to Dr. MacBayne who absolutely changed my attitude toward dental visits. Not only is she a super dentist but a lovely person who has the ability to make a dental appointment feel like a friendly visit.

January 22, 2013This dentist office has the most friendly,thoughtful and caring staff. Dr. MacBayne provides the utmost of professional dentistry I've ever experienced. I am one of the most nervous clients they have ,I'm sure but am always assured they will look after me in the best manner..I am totally impressed!
