Fail to warranty their product.

Despite my purchasing genuine parts from dealership, when paint peeled twice, they insist my parts aren't genuine, refuse to warranty their product or return my calls, now I have to pay to get my vehicle repainted, again, through no fault of my own. Brad was quite rude, insisting that despite my proof of purchase from the dealership, I had non-genuine parts, therefore his paint couldn't possibly adhere. Not even 6 months after it was initially painted, it was peeling in big chunks. Nice.
