BAD attitude, irresponsibility...very stressfull dealings
Bought a suite but delivered only half of them, they informed next half will be delivered in 7 days. Never happened, called again (note: they never took curtsey to call me and let us know its delaying), they said it will be delayed for 10days more. Lot of reason, which reach up to China. After 10 days I called again but said it will take 3 months. OOPS..What a good customer care!!!! . When got in argued re: returning…threatened saying that, they have right to deduct 20% for their restocking.. How stupid…it’s their problem not mine still have to pay 20%... They should be aware of Customer’s rights..

Low quality furniture and bad sales manor
We went to this furniture store by chance and the sales person push very hard to sell us expensive furniture. When we told them that we have to think about it, they started to insult us by saying "We only sell furniture not selling thinking." "Made up your mind before coming to our store". "Don’t waste our time" etc. The only thing we reply to them is that "we will never buy anything from your store and will let all my friends know your sales technique".
Afterwards we made some inquires about this furniture store. We were told that lot of customer had really bad experiences with this store. Sometimes they hide defect part so the customer couldn't see it in the showroom. Another person bought a sofa from them and found out lots of dirt includes dry food combs in the sofa’s side crack. They suspect it's a used sofa. Of course the store denied it and refuse the return of the sofa.
Really need to be careful with this store if you plan buying anything from them. Better not to going there to avoid any problem.
