Very bad customer service.

This company is supposed to be a pretty big name amongst the asian community. My family was a loyal customer to them but are no longer.

The customer service is horrible. I purchased my wife's engagement ring and wedding band from this company. Before I purchased they were quite pleasant. Whenever I went back however, I was met with an attitude of bother and mild distain. About a year later the ring broke and we needed to have it fixed. we went back to Luk Fook to have it repaired but since it was 2 months out of the one year warranty they charged me $20.

I was a little shocked that they would do this. I spent about $17000 here and they want to squeeze me for a lousy 20 bucks? I was a little offended and asked to speak to the manager who was hiding behind a divider. She creeped out and told me it was the policy and there was nothing she could do. I asked her if this was worth losing my business and my families. She just shrugged her shoulders as if it was an empty promise.

Long story short, I'll never go back. My family and I will spend our money elsewhere. This company is obviously too big to care for us "little people" so I'll go where my money is appreciated.
