When I went in to drop off the vintage dress (on a Thursday) I needed mended I thought it seemed like a nice enough place. The older man at the desk who I assume is the owner was very friendly. He marked the spots that needed repairing and told me it would have to be cleaned too - he explained that the tailor would only work on clean items.
