Thieves Liars and Incompetents
2 weeks ago myself and my fiance purchased a pair of glasses at this store. We were informed that they glasses would be available on the coming Tuesday or early Wednesday. They were not.
The glasses were late and when we were called into pick them up we quickly found that the frame they were trying to give us was badly warped. The saleswoman tried to claim otherwise and prooceeded to maked 20 or 30 adjustments, none of which altered the fact that the frames themselves were faulty. Eventually they agreed to give us another pair with new frames.
Another week (without glasses) passes by.
Eventually we are called in. The new pair while not warped, did not fit at all. The saleswoman again tried to claim otherwise. There was a big fight over a refund (loud and nasty) and eventually we received a partial refund.
I am disputing the remainder on my Mastercard.
Be warned: At Lotus Eyewear the customer is not right, the cusomer is simply a walking wallet and when they have your money they are not interested in being helpful, honest or polite.
This was one of the worst shopping experiences of my life and I have made purchaes in 3rd world countries. AVOID!

If you are looking for new sunglasses, this is where you should be! They have one of the biggest selection of sunglasses I've seen in Vancouver. They have all the major designers such as Prada, Versace, D&G, Ray Ban, Dior, Oliver Peoples, Paul Smith, Tom Ford & Roberto Cavalli & more. I've been shopping here for the past three years and I will continue to come back! They have friendly and helpful staff. They also have competitive prices and will work with your extended health benefits.

The first thing I noticed about Lotus Eyewear is their superb selection of not only eyeglasses but sunglasses as well. They have all of the high end labels including popular collections from Asia and Europe. Me and my husband bought two pairs of progressive eyeglasses from Lotus Eyewear. Their staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable and helped us pick out the right frames for our face shape. I have a narrow bridge so it is difficult for me to find plastic frames that fit properly. The lady knew exactly which frames would fit me and made the frame choosing process much easier. They even have a licensed optician on site who updated my prescription at no extra charge. Their service is outstanding, their selection is amazing, and I simply cannot think of a negative comment to make about this store. I highly recommend Lotus Eyewear.

Lotus Eyewear - Pleasant experience
Very patient lady who showed me numerous styles that she thought would fit well. No other store would stick around with me for more than 10 minutes. There are so many frames to choose from so I like to take my time and try on as many as i can so i can find the one that fits me the best. anyways i ended up purchasing a pair of Zegna frames and have been satisfied with the prescription so far.
