Stayed for a short night after watching the Nutcracker Show just across the street at the Centre National des Arts. sleepless in Ottawa

With 75% occupancy, on the second night an unsupervised group of young hockey players were booked into room adjacent to two seniors. 2 calls to the front desk between 1am and 2.15 were necessary due to kicks to the door, shouting and profanity. In effect, a night's sleep was lost through insensitive, unprofessional booking practices. Free breakfasts and a small discount cannot make up for one... more

Great downtown hotel

We often stay at the hotel when getting together with friends for a night out. It's close to the Market and it's right on Elgin. Walking distance to restaurants and bars. The Starbucks in the lobby is a great early morning start too.
