Nestled in the heart of the McGill ghetto, this vegetarian restaurant is a students hangout and a pretty good one at that. Even better in the summer, when the front opens up.

I wish this restaurant had been around when I was a McGill student 10 years ago:( The food at Aux Vivres is a little more innovative, otherwise this is the best vegetarian restaurant in town. The place is clean, the service courteous and the staff very cute:p

I have been to this resto a few times and I like it. Really cute atmosphere and the NACHOS are GREAT! We even had fresh (still hot) "vegan" chocolate cake and it was delicious. I also think they are open on weekends now, or so I've heard... more

i absolutely love lola rosa's. Try the lola rosa nachos as an entree (ask for half the size...), the spicy sweet potato quesadilla, and the chocolate cake. They're now under new ownership, and finally open in the evenings too! For the price (10$ for a main course) it's a very nice healthy vegetarian alternative... more
