“Amazing vacation hotel

My kids are so happy they have been in this hotel. It is luxurious and inviting. The staff is amazing. Thank you Adrienne.

My only displeasure is with the wi fi in the hotel. It is not only extremely expensive, but also very difficult to use. It requests password every few minutes. I think if you guys are trying to attract business travelers, this could be a real problem.

Absolutely gorgeous new hotel in downtown Vancouver. We stayed there on our mini vacation and were very impressed with the overall quality of service we got. The hotel is very beautiful and tastefully constructed. Staff is very nice. The additional amenities were expensive but thats expected of a high class establishment. If I ever go back to Vancouver I would want to stay here. Suggestion,... more
