misleading business name.
Service was OK, but astronomically priced.
His first words before the repair were "of course it's the expensive pump" before even looking at it close enough to tell.
He charged me $70 just to show up, charged $25 for 10 minutes of labor (I even assisted) and $87 for the 'expensive' replacement part.
In a nutshell, the bill was over $200 for a 10 minute job, sorry but that's not 'Lo-Cost' to me.
Even though he did show up, and did fix the problem, I would not recommended him to anyone due to his prices.
Hope this is helpful to anyone else who finds themselves at the mercy of a repair man.

June 06, 2011I booked this company just from looking in the phone book, I didn't know anyone who had used them before. My appt. time came and went and 30min. after he said he would arrive, I called him. He said he was running late, and would be here as soon as he could.
