Don't deal with LSF go to Simply Floors

I will never deal with Little Shop of Floors, and I would be very careful when you are giving them a deposit on an estimate. They increased their quote by $750, after they had my deposit. I'm now out $1700 and they never did anything in my basement. When I got their second quote they said that they would give all but $200 back of my $1700 deposit. I still haven't seen my money. This was in Oct. 2011. Even though I have gone to the BBB they still haven't made any attempt to give me any money. Be very careful! I will gladly remove this post if I get my full deposit back!
