Poor Service

I purchased my wedding dress at Lisa's, the service was quite good and the experience pleasant while trying on dresses. My dress is now in and I have been for 2 fittings, the service for alterations is terrible, the staff don't seem to care if you are there or not and in fact almost make you feel bad for getting them to do their job. Horrible service. It was a snowy Saturday afternoon in December, not many customers in there. The receptionist had a person help set up a changing room for my bridesmaids to use. She took off after that and we never saw her again for the 1.5 hr we were there. Grad Dress

I was not looking forward to go shopping for my daughters grad dress, but the outstanding service and the knowledge of the sales staff made this experience very enjoyable. After only 2 1/2 hours my daughter knew exactly what she wanted to a reasonable price.
