I just viewed a beautiful 1br apartment, it has been renovated ansd looks amazing . The hallways have new carpet and smells very clean. I was very pleased to know that the management is very particular on who they rent to . They even do criminal record checks!! I cant wait to move in there :)

I have lived at Linwood place apartments for 20 years and I have seen nothing but improvment in the last few years. I have had no problems with bugs or mold and all the carpets in all 3 buildings is new and the the buildings are very clean. I think it is a great place to raise kids. The managment is great and the employees and friendly and do great work.

Linwoood is one of the nastiest apartment's I have ever viewed. It has silverfish through out the carpets in ALL 3 buildings.If that doesn't turn you away maybe the BEDBUGS and ROACHES will. I will NEVER recommend this place for anyone! especially children. If the bugs don't get you the mold will.! This building needs a good cleaning and or condemned
