$900 + error in pricing blinds
May 05, 2011Linen Chest in Moncton priced 9 blinds for our condo and we signed off on quote and paid deposit. They come back weeks later and tell us--sorry we made a mistake and price is $900+ higher than quoted. They justified it by saying that the form states, "estimate only." Don't use linen chest for draperies/window coverings
October 31, 2010We recently spent almost $6000 for window coverings for 3 windows from Linen Chest. The in home consultant had great difficulty in performing simple math and as a result our drapes came in almost 3 feet too long. It took 3 months for the drapes to come in and then had to go back for another 2 weeks to be resized. The store was suppose to credit us for the extra material that we paid for but... more
