They make promises they do not keep - ALL WORK HAS TO BE DONE YOURSELF!

This building is on a beautiful land with plenty of room for children and dogs to run around. The ground floor apartments have very high ceiling all throughout the house, and there is plenty of room everywhere! However there is nothing positive I could say about the management.

When I moved in, the apartment was supposed to be fully renovated, as the lady before us lived there for 20 years. Please keep in mind, I was told this apartment was left empty for 3 months before I saw it, and then 1 month before I moved in. What was done? I think they painted, though you really can’t tell and they somewhat refinished the hardwood floor.

The kitchen; which was sticky and really from the last century, was not even touched. When I finally got them to come in to do the tiles in the kitchen, they left me a note saying they couldn’t do it because I have to move the fridge and stove for them! HAHAHA! #1 I am female, #2 I weigh a whole 110lbs soaking wet maybe. How am I supposed to move a full fridge???

Finally, I HAVE to mention the master bedroom, the one room I was super excited about; walk-in closet and my own bathroom at the end of the closet, it was perfect! At least so I thought, when I moved in there was no floor, period. They ripped up the sticky tiles and left it! For almost 6 months my closet and the bathroom beyond was unusable. I finally bought some cheap carpet and cut it to fit the closet.

For what I pay, over $1100, this is not worth it, unless you’re willing to do the renos yourself
