I was sold a ceiling fan but given the wrong mounting bracket. I did not realize this until the electrician I had paid to install it had completed the task and he could not get it to balance.
The staff at the Lighting Boutique did nothing to assist me with the fact that I had paid someone to install my ceiling fan with the wrong bracket which they given me. I requested they send someone to my house to help with the re-installation but I was told by the staff they could not do anything for me and it was not a big deal to complete the task myself.
My response was that I know I can install the fan myself but I paid someone to do it because I don't have the time to spend on the installation and that was why I had paid someone in the first place. This statement fell on deaf ears and I was offered nothing in the way of assistance or compensation.
As a result I spent 3 hours of a valuable Sunday afternoon re-installing and balancing my ceiling fan. I will not be purchasing the rest of my lighting from the Lighting Boutique.

Had a wonderful experience. Sales staff was knowledgable, and polite. I was given choices and ideas that I had never even considered. The showroom is gorgeous with just about everything for everyone. Selection was enormous. The owner was polite and very cheery.... more
defective lamp returned - would not honor credit despite evidence of Mastercard purchase. If you don't have the ORIGINAL handwritten invoice, there is no recourse. Apparently a charge card transaction statement is not enough evidence of a purchase.
