Best thing I ever did!
Alison gives you one to one counseling taking into consideration your likes and dislikes while custom creating a menu plan.
I lost 40 pounds and have kept it off for going on two years now. Dropped from a size 12 to a 2!!
Fees are very reasonable too and you are not locked into any plan. Real food, great recipes, easy to continue with to maintain!
Highly recommended!!
