Great Experience
I went to lifewise health & wellness for a massage and it was a great experience. Dennis Newhook did great work and I really would recommend this experience to anyone with tension in their lives
Focused on recovery and a healthier Future!
I threw my back out last week very badly and went to Lifewise Health and Wellness for treatment. It was my first visit to an all round wellness clinic such as this and I was more than pleased. I saw Dennis Newhook for a Therapeutic massage, Dennis also provided me with a recovery plan, stretches and strengthening exercises. Then I saw Dr. Jordanna Clarfield-Henry BKin for a great Chiropractic Treament where she aligned and relieved pain from my back. By the next day I was already in much better shape!! Looking forward to my next visit with this forward thinking Wellness Clinic.
LOVE the new space!
I love this studio! I can get everything done in one place, with out the dramatics of a gym!! I can take Yoga, have a massage or see a chiropractor, and even train with a personal trainer, never mind the other services I haven't tried yet. I highly recommend expecially if you live in the midtown area.
