Very happy with my new wilier road bike

The service and willingness to help select a new road bike for myself was awesome. I really appreciate the effort put in by walter and his staff!!!!!!

Tried to get my shifter fixed. They put a totally incorrect shifter on my bike, had to take it back, as I had 3-4 gears out of 8. Guy tells me it's the stupid internal hub. This is a bike shop? Turns out they put the wrong shifter on, probably one they had lying around. Had to order a new one - the same one that was on the bike before (duh). No phone call to tell me it's ready. Over a week... more
