Very Terrible Time Management

I have booked my appointment long time ago (maybe 6 - 9 months ago) and today, I have waited for more than 2 hrs and I still haven't got in yet. During my wait, I realized Christine will allow her "contact lens client" to go in first before her "eye examination clients." (There were 3 people who arrived a lot later than me but can go in right away when someone came out. One of them called in at ~5:40 pm (I was already there by that time) and walked in at 6:10 pm. With that being said, when the receptionist told me that I will be the next one to go in, Christine Lee asked another 2 women ( who came after me) to go in first and one of them just arrived ~20 min or so. After 2 hr 15 min wait, the receptionist told Christine that I have waited for a long time already and I should be the next one instead of that 20 min girl. However, Christine insisted that girl to go in first.

I believe Christine has a terrible time management and moreover bad business attitudes. I would not recommend anyone to go to see her unless they have plenty of time to waste.
