Very poor experience 10 years ago
Take this review with a grain of salt, as this happened 10 years ago, but it was a bad enough experience that I feel I should post it to warn others.
Had a Saab 900 in an accident and was referred to L & G by my insurance company (didn't know any other auto body shops).
The car was in the shop for almost 3 weeks due to problems obtaining parts - this would be fine if they were up front about it. (I had to keep calling to find out that the repair had been "delayed").
When they said the car was "done", I inspected it and found side molding missing, and a large dent that hadn't been repaired properly (the panel wasn't straight). This caused more waiting.
When it was finally finished and I picked it up, I found they had hammered out the dent without repainting the area again, which resulted in the paint cracking a few months later. Should have taken it back and complained, but I had had enough at that point.
Staff may have changed and they might do a good job now, but their work was so poor 10 years ago I would still beware and check other reviews first.

Over 20 years I used services of L & G body shop 4 times and every time it was honest, good quality, friendly, fast service.
