Horrific service. Horrific Manager. Kevin (manager) feels his position gives him god-like powers over you. I wouldn't be surprised if he entered the rooms to ensure you're following HIS rules and regulations. If I could give negative stars I would. Do not stay here.

Stayed here June 23rd + 24th - great central location - Rideau Centre, the Market, even the 417 is close by. Rooms were clean and spacious. Front desk service was great and very accommodating. Would definitely stay here again

We were there last week and it was an overall good experience. The room, a two bedroom on the seventh floor, was not the best looking room we have ever had in this price range, but it was good enough. The rooms are really apartments, as this was an apartment building at one time, so you have a great deal of space and a working kitchen. The only complaint was the internet access was very slow... more
