fo not get hair extensions here
so my fiance wanted extensions for our engagement photos so we saw that les mains dor was bow offering this service well it was a hoffiric experience
She had her hair dyed the Wednesday and then on Friday was getting the extensions put it as well as getting her make up done
The stylist that did the extensions did a horrible job not only did she get there Friday and her hair didn't match the extensions they had to re dye it and the extensions she used weren't bonded properly
We made a review and advised the owner she advised to come in so my fiance did they straightened her extensions which caused more damage 2 extensions had already fallen out now a third one did and they ripped her natural hair out along with it I've attached photos as proof of what they did
Now our engagement photos are ruined ans have to be redone her right eyebrow has a big bold spot and her hair is so damaged we had to go and consult an expert to see what could be done to fix her hair we now have to have them all removed and replaced
This salon never offered to compensate us for the damage and have left us losing money
DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON THE STYLIST DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO PUT EXTENSIONS IN AND THE OWNER TRIES TO DOWNPLAY THE SITUATION I don't want this happening to anyone else
Watch out for the owner ...
I was charged $25 plus taxes for a blow dry because the hair dresser said she needed to blow dry my hair to "clean up" the cut although I had specifically said to the owner when I made the appointment that I didn't want a blow dry. She didn't have to blow dry it the last time I got the same cut. I suspect the owner, who did the transaction, had her charge for the blow dry. I told the owner that she has now lost me and my mother as customers. I will pay high-end prices for a high-end salon. This is not a high-end salon. Don't waste your money.

New Name and New management!! Professional and experienced staff . I liked the atmosphere it's very relaxing and the hairstylist listened to my concern about my hair and gave me the best look .I'm going back definitely.Strongly recommend it.
